Normally when I want to send a photo to my laptop from my phone I use bluetooth but this time my phone failed after several attempts to detect my computers bluetooth. I use Vista and it's a Dell PC and my phone is detected by my computer. When I open my bluetooth settings on my computer, the box's are checked that states 'Allow bluetooth devices to find this computer' and 'Allow bluetooth devices to connect to this computer' yet when I try to send a picture by my phone, a message pops up on my phone saying that it is unable to connect and that I should check that these boxes are ticked. What can I do to fix this? Thanks
