Why does Christ say the path is narrow to get to heaven?
does he mean most Christans Will not get to heaven. are we
all damed to hell?
 
What this really means is Christians will feel like they are on their own, they wil be mocked and the road will feel lonely as the world is against him. Just look at many answer es here on yahoo, there is so much hate and mockery about Christians.

Living a non-religious life is easy, Atheists don't belive that there will be any consequences, and there is no such thing as sin, so they have an easy ride to a bad place
Christa ins have a tough road to a good place
That's what this saying means, hope this helps
