They actually had an article about this in tha paper. Out of the Four Main Chains (domino's/pizza hut/Little ceasars/Papa Johns) They were ranked the least favorite when it comes to taste. But Surprisingly they ranked number in customer satisfaction. Hopefully it doesnt bomb like New Coke did in 1985.
