why did greg choose roger mason to tie?

manu was lighting up the 3 ball

roger mason was 0 for 7 from 3 ball

spurs down 3

greg draws up a great play

left mason wide open and he went 0 for 8

my question is, why did you choose roger when you had manu? greg? lol great win tho
look i understand all that but if u watched the game, the play was design for roger, they threw the ball right into manu inside the paint then manu faked and pass to roger for a wide open 3, im puzzled by pops, everyone knows lebron,wade,kobe will have the last shot, yet they cant stop em, give the ball to manu, the last 2 shot he made showed pop made a mistake.
 
Greg knew that all the Cavs defensive attention would go to Manu. Mason is a good 3 pt shooter and he hits those wide open shots more than he misses. Tonight just wasn't his game.
 
i dont think he did really it was prolly a second option they wanted ginoboli to take it, but mason was wide open a wide open three at the end of the game thats a win in the playcall to get someone wide like that.
