I was messing around (heavy petting) with this guy and as I was about to orgasm he started laughing. This happened every time I was near orgasm. I asked him about it and he said he wasn't laughing at me, but he wouldn't tell me why he laughed.
 
Sometimes people laugh just because they're having fun. I've heard of that happening right after sex, so I don't think you need to read too much into it.
