This guy has been pursuing me since February. I never gave in because during that time I was either in a relationship or just going through a hard time in my life and wasn't interested in being in one (though I did like him). I told him all this and he acted really hurt and stopped talking to me for a while (even when I tried to talk to him). A week ago, we were chatting (he started the conversation) and I explained all this to him AGAIN, because I knew I had hurt him. I told him how I feel about him and he seemed happy. I also told him what days I am free if he ever wanted to get together. He said we should meet Thursday so we made plans for yesterday to hang out and get to know each other. The day before, he told me he just got a new job and was supposed to work last night. So we were going to hang out during the day. Yesterday morning he said he just learned he has to work at 10am and that we should meet up later. I told him to let me know whenever he wants. I assumed he'd ask me after he got off work. However, I waited and waited on him and he never made contact. I reminded him in case he forgot. He hasn't talked to me since yesterday morning. I just find it odd because he's been asking me out for so long and he didn't even tell me sorry, i can't make it.?
