Why did my dead friend talk to me in my dreams?

my best friend Joseph aka JoJo spoke to me in my dream he said: "i lay next to you when you are sleeping and stand beside you when your awake i'll wipe your tears if you are crying and fix you if you break". he then started laughing and told me not to worry.what does this mean?
 
He definitely is watching over you <3 it also means you shouldnt dwell over his death because he is fine. hm.

OMG!!! . . I guess your friend still guard you even if he is now according to them in the other side of the world . . For me your friends still loves and cares for you or maybe because you keep on thinking about your friend jojo thats why he keep on hunting you in your dreams or maybe he is saying something which he cant say when he was still alive. . .
