I have a 2004 Nissan Murano SL with the 3.5 liter V6 engine and the CVT (continuously variable transmission) and the other day while i was turning into my driveway and i pushed the gas pedal it sort of jerked and then accelerated like it normally does. The car has 74000 miles on it and I know that the previous owner replaced the transmission at 52000 miles but I figured it just originally came with a lemon transmission and that I shouldnt have any problems with it so I bought the car anyway, because I have read that this car is not really prone to transmission problems. Does this sound like a transmission problem or is this normal for the CVT type of transmission?
