Why did Ozzy Osbourne cancel his 2011 tour?

I heard it was because of medical reasons but there wasn't any elaboration beyond that. I saw it when it passed here through Houston and he seamed fine. Is it serious because this was my very first Ozzy concert.
 
He didn't cancel his tour - just one show in Reno due to a sudden illness and it's been rescheduled in April.
