Why did the myfaves feature on my T-mobile shadow disappear?

there was something going on with my phone, for some reason the "phone" feature was turned off ( I had no knowledge of having turned it off to begin with), and I was trying to turn it back on, and all of a sudden, it went through about 7 screens, and I just kept hitting the red "end phone call" button and it somehow deleted myFaves off my phone. There is no trace of myFaves on my phone anymore, I have no idea what happened to it. anybody have any idea how to fix it? or get it back?
