Why do Atheists and Theists believe Agnostic's are ''on the fence''?

If anything, the agnostic IS THE FENCE. The one who sees both sides, but thinks both are wrong to invest in because there is no way of knowing the truth under the circumstances.

The agnostic isnt afraid of being wrong, the agnostic is simply afraid of investing in false beliefs. it takes a man to admit he doesnt know something, the childish thing to do is say you know everything, even though you have no clue.
i have no problem with atheists or theists, i just believe both are afraid to admit they have no clue, and that scares them.
