Friday I was training this new girl we hired at the Corporation and when I was trying to help her, the Black guy in the cubicle next to her was just sitting there on mediatakeout.com (with a blackplanet.com window at the bottom) with his cell-phone at full-blast and the thumping just gave me such a headache and it's so disruptive?
How can I tell him to turn it off without being accused of racism?
He also likes to blast that jungle music in the lunchroom, so whenever Lunch starts I just rush to the lunch room, heat up my soup and go to my SUV and spend lunch there. It's a mess.
