Why do boys complain about girls wearing make up,but dont like them without it?

So boys don't like a girl if she isn't wearing make up or even if she hasn't got big boobs or butt,they dont like fat tighs or back,but when girls (already sunken in their brain that they aren't preety without all of that) put on make up,they suddenly don't need it?

My personal opinion is that boys like girls who know how to feel preety,but they should like their personallity the most! A girl can be preety but wierd as hell. So,why don't you like us the way we are?
 
My belief is all women should wear makeup, tastefully applied. Unless of course the situation demands a more creative application...such as slutty date night! Oh come on, you know I'm right!
 
I know this is all confusing. Sometimes a boy will say " you don't need make up" as in you are pretty with out it, should take this as a compliment not an insult. Some boys say it as they don't like lip stick/gloss. And some will say this as, and this is the kicker, there is a fine line when it comes to make up between sexy and circus clown. Some girls simply do not know when its to much. For the record, when make up is done right, you don't look like your wearing it.
 
Theyre stupid sometimes, I dont know.

Well what I think is they like girls with a little bit of makeup, just a tad bit.

They hate girls who pile on the eyeliner foundation false lashes etc.
