If you read the british press, it's loaded with hysteria over the alleged hysteria that is "sweeping across the US" regarding BP's oil spill. The tiniest criticism and the british react with such a defensive knee-jerk anti-Americanism, it's scary. In fact I was not anti-british because of the oil spill, but I am becoming anti-british because of their strange way of handling the slightest criticism.
