Why do bulls have one utter and funny tasting milk?

I just was wondering because I snuck into my neighbors barn and smoked some weed, then I saw a bull and it only had on utter and it was all weird and it took a long time to milk it, when i did, it didnt taste normal.....is there more fat content in bulls milk?
