I smoke, so I'm not judgmental. My only guess is that there's more tobacco in the unfiltered ones than with the ones having filters. The filter filler is much cheaper than the tobacco. So it's all tobacco vs. 80% tobacco.
As per my knowledge unfiltered cigarettes contains more level of tobacco than filtered one and even less consumed by the people . People go for unfiltered one only occasionally.
