Why do Christians argue with atheists about the "uncaused cause" logical fallacy?

Isn't it all about faith in a god who defies all logic?

I mean seriously, why?
Aren't they just proving faith is not enough?

it doesn't matter, eventually as a whole society will be too intelligent to stick with the fairy tales of long ago.

What logic does God defy? I've seen no scientific theory or evidence that proves that a supreme being does not exist. And I've read many, many science and physics books. Evolution does not disprove God. Could not a supreme being create creatures to evolve to help them survive. The big bang does not disprove God either. Yes, faith is a big part of Christian life, but what most people forget about is the experiences that Christians have. Sure, people will try to explain it away as coincidence or whatever, but when things happen over and over, one tend to think there is something to it.
