read a dictionary people, evolutionist has been a word since before 1993.

naturalism is a doctrine that states that everything has to be made in a completely natural way away from any magical, supernatural or religious way.

so when a religious scientist says he does not believe in evolution, the evolutionist claim that the religious is lying because it does not follow the doctrine of naturalism...

so in conclusion, the evolutionist is claiming the religious person is wrong because the religious person and his beliefs does not follow the evolutionist doctrine.

If you're using the made-up term "evolutionist" to mean a scientist who studies evolution, they don't advocate any such thing.

Evolution is science, and it doesn't have anything at all to say about religion.

Fail. Being an "evolutionist" means believing in evolution. Period.

It has NOTHING to do with religion. THere are plenty of deeply religious people who also believe in evolution.

Evolution could be guided by some unseen entity.

But there is no evidence for this. Without evidence the null hypothesis is held to be true until evidence is produced.

When a religious scientist says that they do not believe in evolution they are showing themselves to be an idiot, not a good scientist and ignorant of the evidence.

When a religious scientist says that they accept evolution, but believe that some deity guides it, well that is them rationalizing their belief system with reality.

If they are foolish enough to claim that this belief is science, such as for the ID debacle, then they need to ante up the evidence and make sure it is good enough to survive peer review. The ID crowd did try to produce evidence, but it was found to be totally useless.

Scientists work off evidence. If someone tries to claim theistic evolution is science then, without good evidence, the scientists will say that they are wrong.

If you want to believe that God works by destroying 99.9% of his creations and by making major compromises and bad designs in these creations, then knock yourself out.

Just don't expect anyone else to be as gullible.

I've never made such an argument.

What I'd like to know is, why do you guys make up phony arguments that nobody actually makes?

why do gravitationalists say religion has to be completely naturalistic or it is not true?

Moral of the story: Stop being a moron and attend a biology class.

its because the two dont go together. you cant evolve and be created at same time. think about it man.
