Why do I always get nauseous or dizzy when I get in a volvo?

I'm sure it's only with volvos because i can normally read in cars or watch movies, etc.. but every-time i get in a volvo (S40 and C70, if it helps) this happens.

THis happens if Carbon monoxide is entering the car, a lot of people have felt that way with Chevy Aveo's, don't know what is wrong with your volvos..
