for my new years resolution i decided that i was going to eat healthier and get in better shape. However, now that i am eating healthier i feel like i am hungry shortly after i eat. Why is that? Is there anything i can do about it?
i usually eat things like apples, strawberries, and carrots to snack on and i'll eat a few and be just as hungry as i previously was very soon afterwards.
