THIS IS A SERIOUS QUESTION THOUGH IT MAY SOUND WEIRD SO PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSLY
My body has always been weird when it comes to electricity i have always had effects on tv and radio signal and i have powered few small circuits by touching them but lately its been even weirder every device that i touch that has a battery in it, quits working, the battery in the device becomes fried and wont hold a charge for more than a split second, i dont wear static generating clothing or have rugs or carpet in my house, i have put one lead of a volt meter to my finger and another to a ground and am reading a steady 2.54 volts of AC electricity and it is defiantly not static i would like to know if that is high if i have a problem and what i can do about it i am very knowledgeable about electricity so please dont talk to me like i am a dumb ass
