i have sat alot for long periods of time for about 5-7 years on a computer, while i am standing my hands and feet are cold, but if i sit down after 10 min they go warm, i have read something about this problem under lordosis on a website but cant find it. Does anyone know why this is happening or what i can do to fix it. i run daily!!!! atleast 30min a day, my diet has changed dramaticly for 6 months, nothing but nutritianal foods and fruits. I am also trying to go gluten free and i have beeen doing that for 4 days, im give the gluten free thing a lil more time. Sometimes my hands are warm and stuff but most of the time if i am up they are cold. maybe my body is just used to sitting down and it like it better or somthing. i have also read that this is common in lordosis. which i have from sitting soo long.
