Why do i keep getting pop-ups from CID??!!!?

i am using modzilla and internet window keeps coming up with
CID:and different stuff like dating etc WTH???
Sorry wrong section but if you know please help?

you have to remove msn plus! sponser CiD
on control panel =] !!!!!!!!!!! lol
