Why do i keep getting re directed to rogers.com?

One day my internet stopped working, and ever since every time I go online i get redirected to rogers.com ( i was using my phones hotspot) The homepage is set to google.com. I can go to different websites after the initial redirection. Someone tell me why I keep getting redirected to rogers.com, even though im no longer with rogers for their internet.
 
its probably some kind of malware or spyware... try using spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html or malware bytes to clean up the system http://www.malwarebytes.org/ . I dont know which browser but it used to happen with my IE.. if both of these dont work then simple way would be to do a clean install of windows and that should work. Good luck.
