So i can send and receive pictures from mobile phone to mobile phone yet i need a dongle to send a picture from my mobile to my laptop?

I thought it did have Blue tooth in it as it said it did, or thats what i understood it to mean lol (it does have the other wireless transfer thingy (cant remember what its called, infa red ?)
