Be careful. Your question can come across offensively.

Basically their lame wearing of trousers or jeans round their knees (the King Penguin look I call it) stems from prisoners, with one size fits all clothing, that comes loose. I think it's supposed to make them look 'bad'. Personally I say it makes them look 'stupid'.

The jewlery is oversized purely to show off despite the fact it looks tacky, as far as I can tell. And as a lot of rappers and hip hop people mainly talk about money, cars, girls and weed, its just a statement thing.

As for the prancing, meh.
