Why do little boys scream?

The neighbor's son keeps screaming. For no reason it seems.

Another boy across the street used to scream also. When my mom did daycare when I was younger, she said the the boys screamed worse than the girls.

What is with that?

I agree with divineunicorn when she said all kids scream when they are having fun. I'll just add that boys tend to do it more because they are more rowdy so in a sense, boys are just being boys.
