Why do minorities, but specially black rappers call themselves CEOs? And

why doesn't everyone laugh at them? I see it all the time. CEO of this, that, blah blah blah...what's the point in exaggerating all the time? Is it because they're trying to impress gullible foregin girls? Are women that stupid?
Didn't mean successful rappers, I meant to say wanna be rappers.
 
Could be. CEO is the top position of a company if they run one. But doesn't mean women would cling to them. Unless they flash their pride and money like top stars do.
 
It's used as a synonym for "boss, leader, top dog" etc... They don't actually mean they're the CEO of a company
