Why do most christians have the sense of humor of a preschool teacher?

I'm an atheist, but i laugh at some offensive things asked/said against us. Because i see the connection that is being made, whether it be true or not. Why can't christian's on Y&A/R&S lighten up and laugh a little? Why so serious?
 
Not everyone has the same sense of humor. For example if someone called you braindead and said you were retarded would you laugh at it? If not then you understand how Christians feel.
 
Humor is subjective, even if the same theme of reactions appears from the same group of individuals.
 
Exodiafinder, people say that to us all the time. And quote Psalm 14:1 and 53:1.

And I laugh and laugh and laugh.
