We dont like you and you dont like us either. If you come to our neighborhoods and we move elsewhere isn't that a win-win situation for both of us? For us its a chance to move around the country and for you it's "one less cracka" where you live.

I've never heard anyone complain about white flight. If anything,everyone's planning a party. But wait, aren't more whites moving back into "minority" dominated areas, due to affordability and comfort, since they're kids have left the house?
