Every time this subject comes up, we always point out that 'earmarking' is not good or bad but a process used to get things spent.
And everytime we win the arguement until next year a new round of bozos gets caught up in the fake 'earmark' debate.
It is not earmarks it is simply pork, pork is defined by unnecessary spending.
You will find, when you add that up, it's not worth arguing over. But I digress.
