Why do people get so defensive about a "celebrity"?

....that they dont know, never will know, will probably never meet and who is a complete freak ...i.e, Michael Jackson! if i say that he is a past it loser, kiddy fiddler, bleached skinned pillock with a voice that would rival one the best helium inhalers on this planet! im speaking the truth, why would you get all hoity toity and start defending him? im utterley confused when everything i say is right about him! Seriously the people who wanna go see him in concert need their heads reading i tell ya.
It also always happens to be the people that hide their questions and identity on their profile... funny that...
