Why do people hate the Habitrail OVO Suite so much?

I bought one for my Syrian hamster about 3 months ago and I honesty have almost nothing bad to say about it. Granted, that it does get hard to clean the tubes but its well worth it seeing as my hamster loves them (also, any tubes are going to be difficult to clean!). But every review I read about them are negative. Is there anyone who actually likes the Habitrail OVO suite? Or, is what their saying true and am i slowly killing my hamster with poor vitalization?
