Why do people think that the iPad is a replacement for a laptop computer?

Because it isn't. Find a laptop that can only run one application at a time, could only run software approved by a corporation, and isn't compatible with Flash, and you'd point at it and call it a piece of crap. Yet people are holding up the iPad like it's this godly thing that will change everything.

It won't.
