why do ppl always complain about white people being racist. arent you expecting

They complain because quite frankly it's the only thing we can place white people to, is racism because of the slavery, taking Indian land, such and such. I'm Hispanic, Mexican to be exact, but I don't see EVERY white person as racist. I only treat them racist when they act racist, which is hardly ever where I live.
