Why do some people go nuts if you like a celebrity?

I was just wondering why alot of you guys go nuts when someone is like obssesed with a celbrity and why people go nuts if they want to find out something about them.
its just a teenage obssesion, preety much every girl would have had one, isnt it normal to want to know where they live, what they like to do, how old they are, if they have a girlfriend

so why crnt u leave us ALONE its not like were gonna buy a plane ticket and FULLON stalk them

i understand perfectly fine why people go nuts IF they meet the cleb but this is not my question

I'm a bit older than you and I have met a few celebrities, and there have been some I have liked very much and some I did not like at all.

My feeling is that it is okay for a person--especially a young person--to like and even be a bit obsessed with a celebrity or with several of them. As long as you can do this without giving up the real world, there is no harm. But you should not be surprised if others think your obsession is a bit silly, and some people get downright ugly about it.

Celebrities, once you scrape away the hype, are just people--not that different from us. They are not to be confused with great names in history, many of whom were not celebrities in their own times.

Because it's exciting to meet the celebrity you love. Because he or she is HOT!!!!!
I'm planning to stay calm if I ever meet my dream celebrity.
I've even been practicing in front in the mirror to not get excited if I were actually talking to him but I am still getting exciting and feel like screaming for no reason, just because i'm imagining me talking to this hotness (lol:P) because it's not like i'm actually meeting him.
haha but I want to keep it chill, no overreactinggg.
