Why do some UFC fighters drink nursery / baby water?

I just seen this on te ultimate fighter today and I was wondering if te floride is good for their bodies?

Prombly cuz its purified better and distilled which cleans out ur body. Floride idk isnt that in toothpaste or it might just be minerals for taste
