Why do women react so overly-emotional when discussing rape?

I was reading through the responses to several of my posts tonight that spoke of rape and I was shocked by several things:

1) how badly I was misquoted, taken out of context, or simply had words put in my mouth
2) how many different personal attacks I received and more disturbingly multiple attacks from the same people
3) how basic rational reasoning seemed to allude these women who could barely contain their rage

Could somebody please give me a valid explanation? Thanks.
!GETMY - nice guns, man.
BABY TEE - you are sweet. I agree it is bad.
BLUEBEARD - actually, not really. I don't think I've said anything emotional at all just pointed out facts. As for the irrational woman "schtick" it like they say: when you have a valid point, hammer it home!
If anything, I proved you and a few others (who have been following me around the last 2 hours, desperate to tell me off) are pretty easy to wind up.
UP MY BUTT - I will donate $100 to a local woman's shelter if you can find any evidence that I "justified rape" in any way. Your whole arguement is based on hearing (second-hand) something I said taken majorly out of context
KATIE MED - I beg the differ about being misquoted. And since most people are considered innocent until proven guilty AND the fact that you like to screen capture everything I said, please provide evidence to the contrary of what I state. I feel the onus is on you and my detractors to prove me wrong, not vice versa
RACHEL - to address your points:
1.) Never once tried to convince readers of anything nor made zero mention of "provocative clothing".
2.) I too encourage all readers to look at my line of questioning, but unlike you actually read them
3.) Disagreeing with me doens't make you irrational, resorting to name calling and making up facts to make emotional points does.
FERESHETE - are you implying that if you are mad enough, and action or behavior is totally justifiable? It sounds like you might be making excueses for people in the wrong FAR more then I did for any rapists..

because women are raped more and it is traumatizing, its like how guys react more strongly than women when you mention someone getting struck in the testicles

I don't think its possible to be "overly-emotional" when it concerns rape. Rape is a very emotional act. It is impossible to remove emotion from the equation. So when one makes light of rape, or when one acts as if they condone rape as long as its a certain sect of women, or if one thinks rape is a-ok because of a person's social/political stance, of course you're going to get angry responses. How could you expect otherwise?

1.)Badly misquoted? You tried to convince readers a woman must take a share in blame if they are raped. You used "being in the wrong place at the wrong time" and the old classic "provocative clothing" to justify this.
2.) You totally asked for it,( I encourage all readers to look at Balls line of questioning.)
3.) There is nothing wrong with my reasoning, nor of others who answered you. Just because you did not like what you heard, it does notautomatically make people irrational.

Finaly, stop pretending you are a victim. You asked stupid questions that were rather horrible. When some large person repeatedly puts their erect penis up your anus, against your will, then we might have a sensible conversation.....

I noticed the same thing. It's funny how all women think they are worthy of rape too.

I got news for you ladies: about rapists only want to rape like 5% of you (the hot ones). The rest of you are meaningless to the rapist.

Women react the same way when you mention "older guys" (guys in their 40s) and go as far as to call them creepy or creeps or creepers.

Not all men who are 40 years or older are interested in your worthless @ss. Again, only like 7-5% are worthy of interest.

Because it's one of the most horrible things a woman can go through, aside from loss of children and spouses.

It's humiliating, dangerous, full of consequences, and just plain HORRIBLE.

It's something no woman wants to go through, and simply to imagine it brings on terrifying thoughts.
