It could be beta but it doesn't say it in the name.

And this latest version made by Google's take over is not even stable once installed. It crashes on my Wildfire most times. Besides, there's no way out of uninstalling the update because you have to continue with the latest version of the app to browse Market. Or Google Play..... or..... Play Store or.....
