Why does blue-ray movies come in more than one disk when a single blue-ray disk has

50 gb? I wanted to get Blade Runner for blur-ray but it only comes in a 5 disk collectors edition.
Whats the point of all that? I just want the movie! Why cant they just fit all the extra features on one 50GB blue-ray Disk? It's just wasting spac
