I just bought my first container no "N,O. Explode" to use in conjunction with my normal Whey supplements. The net contents of this jar of N.O. Explode is 2.25lbs (1025g), while the net contents of a new bottle of GNC AMP Whey Protein is only 2lbs (909g) and yet the container of the Whey is nearly twice as large even though it holds less net contents.
It got me to wondering..why is there such a difference in packaging for these two products? Is there some reason I do not understand that requires WHEY to be sold in such a huge container barely taking up half of the available volume of the container?
