Why does Isaiah say in the Bible in his predictions of the Messiah like it already

happened? You see, if you look in the Bible, when Isaiah talks about the Messiah, he talks like it already happened.
Ex. He WAS despised and rejected by men, (Isaiah 53:3)

Why?
