and when i try to send a text to my friend, virgin mobile, he wont get it forever, i have a few other friends they dont get it forever...but They arn't Virgin... anyone help?
Telus is known for their stellar customer service and reasonable plans but unfortunately those strengths don't carry over to the texting side of things. Most of the time texts are instantaneous but sometimes they seem to take forever. Try calling 611 from your phone and tell your problem to the Data & Network rep so they can troubleshoot from their end. It may help with your issue.
