why does mr.rogers wear long sleeved sweaters?

my buddy justin said it's because he has tattoo sleeves up his arms. but i don't know if thats true or not

Because they don't really make short sleeved sweaters for men...vests, sure, but Mr. Rogers was always a cardigan kinda guy.
