why does my bike pop alot when running and takes for ever to start?

My bike takes four ever to start. It turns over a little but want stay running . Its getting gas, carb is clean getting fire. But when i finely get it to start when i ride it pops when i give it gas. And when i pull the chock it want try to fire at all but if the chock is off it try's to fire.
its a 2007 crf150r honda

Your carb is the problem... Sounds like it's running way to rich and when you pull the choke, it's running even richer...

Try to start it and then pull the spark plug. if it is wet with raw fuel, then yes, back off with the carb

Year? Make? Model?
2 & 4 stroke engines can have similar problems requiring
different repair procedures.

Install new spark plugs.
Semi-fouled spark plugs can fire outside of the engine, but
the weak flame will get extinguised with cylinder compression.
