Why does my Car creak loudly when turning right?

I have a peugeot 106 and for a few months now when i turn right my car creaks. it started out a small creak but the last 4 or 5 weeks it has become very noticable and almost sounds like there may be something grinding. It used to also only happen when turning sharp corners but now it occurs at even the slightest of bends. Thanks for any help!
