Why does my car start more easily when it is cool out?

It's a '99 Chevy Cavalier. It starts right up when it's cool outside but when it gets hot outside (like in the 80's) it takes forever to start. After I get it started the first time when it's hot out, it usually starts easily then next time I try to start it as long as it hasn't been parked for a long time, like when I go to the store. What is the problem and is it easily and cheaply fixed? Can I do it myself?

you cant do it by yourself

the heat in the engine overheat the cables, when the cables are hot they create ohms (oposition to the flow of energy)

when the cable is hot the energy dont pass correctly and car dont start

only with mechanic knowledge you have to track what is the problem
