When i bought my cockatiel it has a ring on its leg both leg.A small ring and everyone is asking me why does the bird has that ring on its leg? Then i bought another cockatiel but this one doesnt have a ring on its leg? What is the ring on its leg for anyways? Because i cant take it off its a metal one.
