why does my huawei accend ii cellphone keep sending duplicate texts?

i go through straight talk and i have full signal and the phone is only 3 weeks old. called for tech support and we tried to reset the phone and some other things and nothing fixes it. whats wrong with it
 
I think this problem is morely due to your network provider not the actual phone. Try calling them up and inquire about ur problem
