Why does my Internet speed change so much?

It averages about 15000 kbps but ranges from 10000 at the times when everyone in the neighborhood is using it, to 30000kbps late at night. I speed tested it 10 times in 10 minutes, and it was changing from 20000 kbps to 10000 kbps. Is anything odd going on?

Internet speed will not be constant.It varies every time you test speed.The speed is based on traffic,connection,Plan,provider etc...But there will be some average speed is for your plan..Please try to note and maintain that speed.If you feel it goes down ..You contact the service provider...You can check the internet speed at Scanmyspeed.com
